Analytics within the Infermedica Triage module

You can assess the performance of Infermedica’s Triage module by using the built-in analytics tools. Read on to find out what kinds of metrics can be assessed.

Analytics data can be viewed on the dashboard screen of Infermedica’s Triage module. Use this information to learn about the demographics of your users, the results of symptom checks, and trends in user behavior.

The dashboards display metrics in 2 key areas:

Medical metrics:

  • Interviews finished during a set period of time
  • Most common symptoms and risk factors
  • Most common conditions
  • Initial evidence (symptoms, risk factors, etc.)
  • Recommended triage level distribution
  • Recommended specialist distribution
  • Recommended communication channel distribution
  • User sex and age distributions

Performance metrics:

  • Ratings of the application
  • Comments about the application
  • Intent survey results
  • Symptom-checking funnel outcomes
  • Application language distribution
  • Median interview completion time
  • Results screen conversion rates
  • Custom calls to action (e.g. book an appointment click ratio)
