Yes, it is possible, but only to a certain extent.
For instance, if you do not have a specific specialist chosen, we can change it so that all of your cases pertaining to a certain type of speciality are directed to a different speciality. For example, all of your venereology cases can be assessed by a dermatologist.
The same applies to channel recommendations. For instance, we can redirect every chat recommendation to be shown as teleconsultation.
Larger modifications, like adding a custom setup for every single disease, are not supported.
