Infermedica is using Feedback Loop. The loop is most often used in combination with Infermedica Triage.
Using the Feedback Loop is optional, but we encourage its implementation as it improves Infermedica’s platform, indirectly allowing us to save more lives.
How does the Feedback Loop work?
The feedback loop collects several pieces of information, including:
- the conditions and triage recommendation as calculated by Infermedica,
- the final diagnosis, which is provided by a healthcare organization’s physician.
It can also collect a physician’s notes and what triage level they deem correct.
The collected information is then passed on to the medical professionals at Infermedica, who create and maintain our medical content. It’s also provided to the teams working on the Inference Engine so that they can improve the accuracy and performance of the symptom assessment process.

Everyone. Any improvements we introduce are deployed to the core of Infermedica’s platform, thus ensuring that your team and patients benefit from them too. Additionally, by cooperating directly with our Medical Success team, your medical experts can report their cases and indirectly participate in improving content that helps save lives.
